Duncan Retreat we offer affordable
rates and cozy intimate rooms. You will share with me and other guests the livingroom, kitchen (including washer/dryer), den, garden and outdoor hot tub and Japanese tea room. If you desire to rent the house there are two options: House Option 1. Two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen (including washer/dryer), den, living room, private outdoor hot tub and Japanese tea room. $100 -$150 night, depending upon length of stay and season (excluding Christmas) This option offers a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a double (full-sized ) bed, single day bed in den - up to 5 people. I am in a separate, but attached studio. House

2. Three bedrooms, two with queen bed (one in master suite),
one double (full sized) bedroom, single day bed in den, one full bath,
one shower bath (master suite), kitchen (including washer/dryer), living
room, private outdoor hot tub and Japanese tea room;
up to 7 people Please
